Post Workout Meal – 20 Hours Fasted [Dec. 2016]

Here’s what I had after my gym session today (about one hour after leaving the gym). I was ~20 hours fasted when I ate and ~18 hours fasted when I started my workout:

In the box (variable quantities):

  • lettuce
  • chicken
  • feta cheese
  • onions
  • 1 boiled egg
  • green olives
  • cabbage
  • beets
  • peas
  • beans
  • corn
  • cherry tomatoes
  • celery root
  • carrots

I did not add anything as dressing. I only used some salt and pepper. For practical purposes and because I am not tracking very strictly at the moment, I can guesstimate as this being anywhere between 400 – 600 kcals. I could be wrong though…

If I were to lose weight, I would not be so liberal…
