Mid-Summer Physique Update – [July 2017]

This is a another very quick physique update video I posted yesterday on my Youtube channel:

I currently experiment with 22-23 hours of fasting per day and very short-feeding windows. It is interesting, but seems to be unsustainable because I have to eat a lot of food in a short feeding window just to maintain weight…and it’s hard. Of course, I could eat high-calorie-low-nutritious foods (also relatively low volume) to meet daily caloric demands, but my emphasis is on nutrient rich/dense foods (a lot of plant foods and some animal foods) which bring a lot of volume to the table…
